Melanie lost 61 pounds!

I started my weight loss journey on March 29, 2021.

By July of that year, I had lost 52 pounds. I gained back 20 over the holidays, so I did another round of drops and phase 2 to get back to my original lost weight size. I kept it off, until the next holiday season, and I once again gained 20 pounds. I did yet another round of drops to lose that same 20, and decided to do another round of drops to finally reach my original goal set in 2021.
I lost some more weight and surpassed my goal. My total weight loss is 61 pounds. I need to find out what makes me regain the same 20 pounds every holiday season. Winter is not good for me, as I experience seasonal affective disorder. I will work all summer and fall to stay healthy and energized, determined to go into the winter season avoiding the weight gain.
The webinar Nan did about asking myself questions to dissect the “whys” of my habits will help me a lot.  I will continue to make good choices and put my health as a priority in my life.
I am so thankful for this program, because nothing has ever helped me like this before. I see it as a lifetime program, not just a quick diet. I feel so much better about myself, and people have really noticed the change in me.
I have regained my authentic self, which was hidden for a long time under the weight and inflammation. I am worth it to take care of myself, and I have put a daily reminder to do just that on my phone as I move forward.
Thank you, Breakthrough M2 for helping me to discover the tools I need to take care of myself. I appreciate it more than I can ever say!! It is a journey I will be on for the rest of my life, but I no longer feel hopeless. I feel empowered!
