Cilantro lime Coleslaw 3.5 oz tomatoes 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (i used mix shred your own if phase 2) 1/2 lime 1/2 clove garlic minced 1/2 jalapeno minced seeds removed 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 1-2 tsp fresh chopped cilantro Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Cook your protein as desired.
Add your protein. If you add Fish this can make fish tacos. Use Romaine for tacos or blanched cabbage
