Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno minced seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar (no added sugar)
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
   
Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve with your protein choice.

      Hi Sabrina! Since this recipe has 1 3.5 ounce serving of tomatoes, it will be considered 1 veggie. If you don’t put the tomatoes in, it would be considered free since the only veggie would be cabbage.
