Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces of crab
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 wedge of lemon juiced
  • 1 serving of approved crunchy carb
  • Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
  1. Preheat ovenĀ  to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together gently folding not to break up the crab.
  3. Form a patty and put on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 min until cooked and browned.
