Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces grass fed ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken
  • 3.5 ounces zucchini, cauliflower, or broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons of ground Wasa crumbs or approved crunchy carb crumbs
  • Any spices you like
One serving of protein. One serving of vegetable.
Preparation
  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Put in mini loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Top with homemade salsa.
  4. Bake 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Enjoy for lunch or dinner!

    I love this recipe! I make them ahead and freeze them. About a minute in the microwave and they’re ready. I even make a non-program version for my husband. I don’t like salsa, so I top with an approved ketchup when I heat them.
