- 3.5 ounces grass fed ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken
- 3.5 ounces zucchini, cauliflower, or broccoli
- 3 tablespoons of ground Wasa crumbs or approved crunchy carb crumbs
- Any spices you like
- Mix ingredients together.
- Put in mini loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
- Top with homemade salsa.
- Bake 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
