Ingredients
3.5 oz chopmeat or turkey, or ground chicken. 3.5 oz of zucchini, or cauliflower, or broccoli. Your choice. Only one protein and one vegetable. 3 Tablespoon of ground wasa into crumbs. Any spices you like mix well
Preparation
  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Put in mini loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Top with homemade salsa.
  4. Bake 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Enjoy one for lunch.
