Ingredients
  • 1 matza/ split
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • little water
  • xanthum gum
  • sweet leaf
For sauce...
  • 2 tsp Hershey's unsweetened chocolate cocoa
  • 3-5 drops double chocolate stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot water
  • pinch of sea salt
 
Preparation
Matza smothered in a thick blueberry sauce w chocolate drizzle. Now in the freezer freezing up! One serving of blueberries on each! I blended up two servings of blueberries in my bullet w a little water. Then boiled it up w xanthan gum to thicken. 1 packet of sweet leaf (I like sweet) then Spooned and spread on matza equally. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over. Sprinkled w Himalayan salt! I placed in tinfoil molds so the excess would not b lost!
