  • 2 cups Nan's salsa
  • 1 head of cabbage (any kind, I like Napa)
  • Small handful of cilantro
  • 3-4 fresh chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Onion powder taste
  • Parsley (fresh or diced)
*Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Poultry Seasoning is a great alternative to all the spices listed above.
Preparation
  1. Slice cabbage thin.
  2. Put everything in one pot and simmer for about an hour.
  3. Store in the fridge and use all week.
Eat as much of this as you need. It helps fill you up and all ingredients are unlimited.
