- 1 carton chicken broth
- 2 cups Nan's salsa
- 1 head of cabbage (any kind, I like Napa)
- Small handful of cilantro
- 3-4 fresh chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion powder taste
- Parsley (fresh or diced)

- Slice cabbage thin.
- Put everything in one pot and simmer for about an hour.
- Store in the fridge and use all week.
Eat as much of this as you need. It helps fill you up and all ingredients are unlimited.
