2-2.5 lbs chicken 1/2 cup Braggs Aminos 1/3 cup white vinegar 1 onion sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 3 bay leaves 1/4 teaspoon cayenne SIDE cooked cauliflower rice Scallions
Put chicken in the pot on top of onion and liquid and cook! Cook for 10 minutes on high. Boil for 15 to thicken the sauce. Remove Bay leaves before serving. Portion for the week.
