- 2-2.5 pounds chicken
- 1/2 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 onion sliced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- Cooked cauliflower rice
- Put chicken in the pot on top of onion and liquid and cook!
- Cook for 10 minutes on high.
- Boil for 15 to thicken the sauce.
- Remove Bay leaves before serving.
