Ingredients
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • Cayenne pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Onion  powder - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of organic half -n-half
  • 3.5 ounces spaghetti squash
  • 3.5 ounces shrimp
  • Dash of Everything but the Bagel Spice (optional)
Preparation
  1. Combine salsa, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion powder, and organic half-n-half. Then blend or puree.
  2. Pour sauce in a pan and heat.
  3. Add shrimp to sauce and continue to heat through.
  4. Pour over hot spaghetti squash and mix in.  
Yummy!  Add a dash of everything bagel spice.
