Candice’s Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces cauliflower rice
  • 3.5 ounces of cooked shrimp OR chicken
  • 2 leaves of chopped Napa cabbage
  • Splash chicken bone broth
  • Onion powder - to your liking
  • Garlic powder - to your liking
  • Bragg's Liquid Aminos
 
Preparation
  1. Add 3.5 ounces of cooked shrimp, 3.5 ounces of your cauliflower rice, 2 leaves of chopped Napa cabbage and sauté in a splash of chicken bone broth.
  2. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
  3. Cook until heated to your liking and enjoy!

    I am always looking for alternatives for Chinese foods. I miss that cuisine but I tried the shrimp fried rice and Omg! I even went one step further and scrambled an egg and used dried green onions. This was superb!!! Will be making thus again.
