Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salsa (optional)
Choose a 3.5 ounce vegetable to pair with this.
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Whisk egg and egg whites.
  3. Add seasonings.
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
   
Optional Ideas
Once cooked, top with Nan's salsa if you would like.

    I tried this tonight for dinner. I made a fried egg and added it on top when it came out of The oven…and the yolk oozed out onto the souffle…and it was so, so good!! My fave recipe yet! Thank you for the idea!
