Ingredients
3 Egg whites, fresh parsley chives onion garlic powder salt pepper. Salsa (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 Whisk egg whites. Add seasonings. Bake in oven 375 for 15 minutes.   
Optional Ideas
Once cooked, top with Nan's salsa if you would like.

    I tried this tonight for dinner. I made a fried egg and added it on top when it came out of The oven…and the yolk oozed out onto the souffle…and it was so, so good!! My fave recipe yet! Thank you for the idea!
