- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 3.5 ounces tomatoes
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley flakes to taste
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Whisk eggs.
- Cut up tomatoes and add to the eggs.
- Add as much seasoning as you like.
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Switch out the tomatoes for broccoli, zucchini, etc. Top with salsa.
