Ingredients
1 whole egg 3 egg whites tomatoes garlic salt pepper parsley flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 Whisk eggs. Cut up tomatoes and add to the mixture. Add as much seasoning as you like. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Optional Ideas
Switch out the tomatoes for broccoli, zucchini, etc. Top with salsa.
