Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3.5 ounces tomatoes
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Whisk eggs.
  3. Cut up tomatoes and add to the eggs.
  4. Add as much seasoning as you like.
  5. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Optional Ideas
Switch out the tomatoes for broccoli, zucchini, etc. Top with salsa.
