Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 10-15 drops SweetLeaf Stevia English Toffee Sweet Drops
  • 2 pinches apple pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk or organic half and half
  • 1/2 plain Wasa
Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash one apple, core it, cut it up, and place in a bowl.
  3. Add one tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or half n half.
  4. If you want a tart taste, use 10-12 drops of English Toffee Stevia. If you like it sweeter add between 10-15 drops.
  5. Add a pinch of apple pie spice.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
To make the topping:
  1. Take 1/2 plain wasa crisp bread and crush it up.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed up wasa bread on top of the apple mixture.
  3. Add another pinch of apple pie spice.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
For Step 4.....Before you bake you can add 2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts.
