Ingredients
  • Finely chopped white cabbage about a healthy hand full
  • 4 heads of garlic chopped
  • Small piece chopped ginger
  • One box of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer until cabbage is at desired tenderness.
  3. Enjoy!
  You can add your cooked protein and cooked vegetable to your bowl for a complete meal or eat the soup alone as a freebie!
