- Finely chopped white cabbage about a healthy hand full
- 4 heads of garlic chopped
- Small piece chopped ginger
- One box of chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer until cabbage is at desired tenderness.
