Ingredients
  • Kale
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • Stacey Hawkins Smoked Sea Salt
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to about 200-250 degrees.
  2. Tear kale into potato chip size pieces.
  3. Place on a cookie tray.
  4. Spray with a little bit of non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add smoked sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes
Optional Ideas
Add to your egg whites to add some crunch you miss from bacon.
