Stacey Hawkins Skinny Scampi Seasoning
Sea Salt, Parsley, Crushed Black Pepper & Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Organic Half & Half
Add chicken broth and fresh garlic added to a small pot, cut up Napa cabbage, asparagus and add Stacey Hawkins skinny scampi spice along with salt/peeper/crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 min. Add the shrimp last and let it cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add your 1 tablespoon of half and half as well as about 1/2 tsp of a xanthan gum. Let it thicken for a few minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top. I think I probably used about 2 cups of chicken broth to make the soup. 😊
