Ingredients
  • 3.5 ounces canned wild albacore tuna
  • 1 crushed Grissini Traditional Bread Stick or other approved crunchy carb
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Cayenne pepper taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Makes one serving.
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spray muffin tins.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Bake in muffin tins for 18 minutes and broiled for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

      Hi Debbie! Since the recipe calls for 3.5 ounces of tuna, it would be one serving. Plus it includes one out of two of your crunchy carbs. 🙂
