Ingredients
3.5 oz canned wild albacore tuna 1 crushed breadstick or other crunchy carb (part of matzo) 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 tsp apple cider vinegar garlic powder onion powder cayenne pepper salt pepper Makes one serving.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tins. Bake in muffin tins. 350 degrees for 18 mins and broiled for 3 minutes.

      Hi Debbie! Since the recipe calls for 3.5 ounces of tuna, it would be one serving. Plus it includes one out of two of your crunchy carbs. 🙂
