3.5 oz Turkey Burger
3.5 Oz Cauliflower (cut into small pieces or diced)
1/2 cup Salsa
1 cup chicken Broth
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tablespoon Stacy Hawkins Southwestern Season
Pinch ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown Turkey burger in skillet
2. Deglaze the pan with a little broth
3. Add cauliflower
4. Add all the spices, salsa, and remaining chicken broth.
5. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Note - If too thick add more broth. If you want it spicy add some red pepper flakes.
