I’m very happy that I chose to go on the M2 diet. My weight has been increasing very slowly over the past 15 years and this diet gave me the chance to get the weight off as fast and as easily as possible. My goal was to lose 18-20 pounds and I achieved this goal. I reset my new “high bar” for weight which is now 170 and will weigh myself daily to make sure that in the future I never go over. Support from Nan and the other MS coaches(Georgia) was excellent and they really care about helping their clients lose weight and live healthier. I highly recommend the M2 diet especially after losing on average .74 pounds per day. I was actually excited about getting on the scale each morning to see what I’d lost.
