No matter where you are on your weight loss or wellness journey—just getting started or already deep into the Breakthrough M2 plan—these practical wellness tips are designed to support you every single day

Here’s how to keep feeling your best—naturally and intentionally:


 ⚖️ Weigh Yourself Daily

Stepping on the scale daily helps keep you focused and motivated.

✔️ Don’t stress the number—use it as a tool to stay mindful and check in on your body’s progress.


💧 Hydration

Water is the foundation of good health—your body depends on it for everything from digestion to detox.

✔️Hydrate with filtered water and drink from glass or stainless steel to avoid chemicals found in plastic.
✔️ Aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day or 90 oz, whichever is greater. Example: 200 lbs = 100 oz of water.
✔️ For those under 140 lbs, drink 60% of your body weight, but never go below 72 oz.


🥗 Daily Nutrition

Whole, nutrient-rich foods power your body and supports overall health. 

✔️ Label reading matters: Your body recognizes real food—stick to ingredients you know and can pronounce.
✔️ In Step 2, enjoy fruits, colorful vegetables, proteins and approved crunchy carbs.
✔️ In Step 4 and beyond, continue eating colorfully while incorporating healthy fats. Reduce your sugar intake, alcohol consumption and processed foods to support your metabolism and reduce inflammation.

✔️ Stay aligned with your healthy food choices by having your meals prepped and ready to go.


🚶‍♀️ Physical Activity

Our bodies are meant to move—movement doesn’t have to be intense, just consistent,

✔️ Staying active gently signals your body to burn fat more efficiently.
✔️ Walk, stretch, dance—move in any way you enjoy. Consistent, feel-good movement supports fat loss, reduces inflammation, and boosts your mood.
✔️ In Step 4 and beyond, you can increase your exercise intensity, but be sure to fuel your body with enough nutritious food to support your energy and recovery.


🌿 Environmental Awareness

What you put in your body matters—so does the environment you surround it with.

✔️ Support local farms to fuel your body with the best nutrition and support sustainable practices.
✔️ Reduce Toxin Exposure by choosing natural cleaners and personal care products to further support detox and lower inflammation.


🧘‍♂️ Stress Management

When stress builds, so can inflammation—making fat loss harder and weight stabilization more challenging.

✔️ Meditation or Deep Breathing calms your nervous system and lowers stress hormones.
