In June 2022, my daughter suggested this program to me.
I was skeptical because of the fast pace of the weight loss. So I researched Dr Simeons’ protocol. I prayed about going forward and I decided to give it my total commitment.
I started September 19, 2022 and received continued support.
Coach Georgia was always there for me. Without fail I called every week and if I had questions, I would reach out by text. My program was tailored sometimes by adding a healthy fat day. I would not have known how to do this, but my coach and Nan were there to advise me when I hit plateaus.
There was a time I was on into room for six weeks, but I still continue to lose weight. Shortly, after interim, I went back to locale and lost the rest of my weight. I found this program to be easy to work. It is not always easy to make the right choice when you want something else, but it is important to look at the long haul not what is immediately before you.
Today I am in a size 8. I went through my closet and thought I might have some clothes but I have never been a size 8 so I did have to go purchase a few things.
That is never a hard thing to do as you see the smaller close fitting so well.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone who would like to lose weight, to anyone who is having difficulty losing weight.
This program has taught me how to eat in a healthy way. I enjoy only fresh vegetables now. I feel so healthy. I am exercising 40 minutes a day which I break up between two 20 minute sessions.
The non-scale victories are so numerous. I received excellent reports from my doctor. No joint pain, going up and down the stairs, easily, playing with my grandchildren for longer periods of time, enjoying walking and chatting with neighbors as I walk and getting back into activities that I thought were no longer in my ability.
I am now in transition which for me will last six weeks. I am now working with Coach Diane who is the transition coach.
At this point I am starting to get back some foods that were not part of the low-cal program. I am making a note each day of the new foods I may be adding.
Thank you so much for devising this program for all the work thatβs been put in by all the staff. Thank you once again, Nan, Coach Georgia and Coach Diane. I could not have done this without the support I received.
