This is really hard for me to post, but I just want to share how thankful I am for the Breakthrough M2 program.
I began this journey in mid July. I remember just waking up one morning, looking in the mirror and just in awe at how much weight I have gained within a year.
I began an anxiety medication that made me feel amazing, but made me gain a ton of weight in a short amount of time. During this time I was in a really dark place. I was depressed and everything in my life was going wrong. I was ready for a change and wanted to feel confident again.
My mom started this program, and I thought it was just another bogus diet that you wouldn’t get results. After seeing my mom drop her first ten pounds in just a couple weeks, I wanted to learn more.
That’s when I got to meet Linda. Linda not only became my coach that day, but a friend, as well.
The program teaches you portion control, healthy ways of cooking, and eating foods that energize your body. Not bring your body down.
I did three rounds of the program and lost a total of 47 pounds. After three rounds you are advised to go into transition and take a break. During my 8 week break, I lost five more pounds while being in transition. Then, I maintained my weight the rest of the break.
I decided I wanted to do one more round to lose my last bit of weight to get to my goal.
Here I am now finishing my last round weighing almost less than I did in high school and I feel amazing!
Linda was supportive the entire process. She called me weekly, answered my texts right away, and always held me accountable; I couldn’t have done it without her!
I will continue this lifestyle, and I’m excited to finally feel good again.
