Tomato Basil Cucumber Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1 Small Cucumber Peeled & Diced
- 1 TBSP of Fresh Basil Chopped
- Pinch of Redmond Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Sprinkle of Oregano (to taste)
- 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
Preparation
- Prep all of the fresh ingredients accordingly and add to a bowl.
- Add your spices and vinegar to taste.
- Stir well.
- Enjoy on top of a Wasa Thin, in a salad, or just eat by itself!
Optional Ideas
Step 4 Transition Uplevel:
- Instead of the Red Wine Vinegar, add 1 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar to the bowl.
- Add 1 TBSP of Olive Oil to the bowl for a healthy high fat option.
