Toffee Cinnamon Apple Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 apple (cut into chunks)
- 1 Finn Crisp (crushed into small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more if you'd like)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or more if you'd like)
- 3β5 drops English toffee liquid stevia (adjust to taste)
- Optional spices: a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom
- 1β2 tbsp water or a squeeze of lemon for moisture (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place the apple chunks in a small baking dish or sheet pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon, vanilla powder, and optional spices over the apples. Add the English toffee liquid stevia and toss everything gently to coat.
- Crush the Finn Crisp and sprinkle it evenly over the apple chunks for a crunchy topping.
- Add 1β2 tablespoons of water or a squeeze of lemon to the dish to keep the apples moist while baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is lightly crisp.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional Ideas
During Step 4 and beyond, feel free to add a pad of melted butter or melted coconut oil and coat the apples with a healthy fat!
