Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz chopped tomatoes
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 TBSP of Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 TBSP of Fresh Mint (chopped)
- 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar (to taste)
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Preparation
- Wash and chop the tomatoes.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Chop the fresh basil and mint.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well.
- Adjust spices and vinegar as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Enjoy on top of a Wasa Thin, in a salad, or just to eat by itself!
Optional Ideas
In Step 4 & Beyond: Feel free to add a touch of olive oil. Substitute the red wine vinegar for a good Balsamic Vinegar.
