Ingredients
  • 1 wasa cracker
  • 7 oz cauliflower (2 servings worth)
  • Frank's red hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Smash Wasa in a plastic bag
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In the bag with the Wasa, place cauliflower and Frank's red hot sauce, and shake.
  4. Put in the air fryer for around 5-6 min @400° Enjoy!
Optional Ideas
Chef Notes: If you prefer your cauliflower crisp and tender, steam for a few minutes before preparing for the air fryer.
