Baked Stuffed Lobster

Ingredients
- 100g raw lobster tail
- 1 serving crunchy carb (crushed into crumbs)
- ½ cup broth or water
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- Paprika, to taste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine your crunchy carb crumbs with onion, garlic, and seasonings.
- Gently stuff the lobster tail with the mixture and place it into a baking dish, stuffing side up.
- Pour broth (or water) around the lobster in the dish.
- Sprinkle the lobster with a dusting of paprika.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes to lightly brown the top.
- Season with extra salt and pepper if desired, and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
