BBQ Pulled Beef

Ingredients
- 3 lb pot roast
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 32-ounce container of beef stock
- 6 chopped scallions
- 2 Tbl tomato paste
- 1/4 fresh parsley
- 2 Tbl dijon mustard
- 1 cup of approved BBQ sauce (check out our Amazon store for this.)
- 1 1/2 Tbl Simple Girl BBQ seasoning (check out our Amazon store for this.)
- 1 Tbl white vinegar
Preparation
- Saute chopped garlic and a little beef stock until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the roast to the frying pan, and brown on all sides.
- Place in a large crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or until beef can be pulled apart easily with a fork.
Optional Ideas
Chef Notes:
Take all noticeable fat off the roast before portioning out. Weigh 2 ounces per cooked portion for an equivalent 3.5-ounce raw BTM2 portion.Real People. Real Success.
