- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of approved dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of fresh minced garlic or roasted garlic (see Roasted Garlic Balsamic Dressing for recipe)
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons chicken stock
makes 2-3 servings
- whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and let stand for 10-15 minutes before using.
This condiment is excellent on fish, vegetables, and chicken! It is served cold or could be used as a marinade.
