Ingredients
  • 1 serving black beans
  • 2 (free) cups Romaine lettuce
  • 3.5 oz serving veggie of choice (example: cooked cauliflower rice)
  • Optional free food add-ins: pureed salsa as “dressing”, cucumber, shredded cabbage
  • Squeeze lemon or lime juice to taste
  • Sprinkle of fresh cilantro
  • Sprinkle of Taco Seasoning (or incorporate this into your cauliflower rice or salsa dressing to get the flavor throughout your salad.)
Preparation
  1. Put all of your ingredients together & enjoy!
Optional Ideas
Taco Seasoning*
  • 4 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes or to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 6 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  1.) Mix all ingredients together. 2.) Store in a jar.
