Ingredients
- 1 serving black beans
- 2 (free) cups Romaine lettuce
- 3.5 oz serving veggie of choice (example: cooked cauliflower rice)
- Optional free food add-ins: pureed salsa as “dressing”, cucumber, shredded cabbage
- Squeeze lemon or lime juice to taste
- Sprinkle of fresh cilantro
- Sprinkle of Taco Seasoning or Stacy Hawkins Southwestern Seasoning (or incorporate this into your cauliflower rice or salsa dressing to get the flavor throughout your salad.)
