Ingredients
  • 3.5-ounce strawberries
  • A sprinkle of Vanilla powder
  • 1 Wasa cracker
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sweetleaf stevia (powdered, clear or flavored stevia) to taste
  • 1 TB of organic half-n-half
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Uses your daily dairy serving, 1 "crunchy carb," and 1 fruit for the day.
Preparation
  1. Measure fruit and broken up cracker in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, vanilla powder, and stevia.
  3. Add half-n-half and water.
  4. Eat cold or warm-up.
