Charred Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Green Cabbage
- 5- 6 TBSP Organic Chicken Broth
- 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove grated/ minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves (1 TBSP fresh)
Preparation
- Wash and cut the cabbage into 4 wedges.
- Whisk Chicken Broth, Red Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Garlic, Pepper and Salt in a medium bowl.
- Reserve 2 TBSP for the dressing later.
- Place the Cabbage Wedges in a Large Freezer Bag.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the cabbage bag.
- Zip the top and massage the marinade into the cabbage.
- Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place dressed cabbage on foil and let bake for 20-25 minutes or until charred to your desire!
- Top the cabbage with leftover dressing and enjoy!
Optional Ideas
- Make extra marinade for more dressing!
- For Step 4 and beyond, instead of the chicken broth, use Avocado Oil instead!
