Chicken Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 packets powdered stevia
- 1 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- Small pinch ground cloves
- Pinch of cayenne powder (optional)
Preparation
- Combine all spices and fold into the ground chicken. Try not to over work the meat.
- Measure into 3.5 ounce portions and decide each portion into two patties.
- Spay your pan with cooking spray and fry. Enjoy!
