Chocolate Apple Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 apple, pulsed in food processor (not sauced)
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 full serving of crunchy carb, (pulsed in food processor until powdery like flour
- 2-3 tsp half and half
- 1 packet of stevia powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Divide into 6 equal parts.
- Roll each into a ball and place on parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Press down to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
Optional Ideas
- Replace apples with 1/2 cup of pulsed blueberries instead of apples.
