Crockpot Baked Apples

Ingredients
  • Apples (however many cut in half fit into your crockpot)
  • Plain seltzer (naturally flavored if you choose)
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Powder (or to taste)
  • Several drops SweetLeaf Stevia Vanilla Creme Sweet Drops (to taste)
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
Preparation
  1. Core the apples, leave the bottoms intact, and save the top to bake.
  2. Place apples in the crockpot, cover 1/4 of the apples with seltzer (you can use flavored if you want to be creative).
  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder, several drops of vanilla creme, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Baste the apples and turn crockpot to low for 3-4 hours. Timing depends on the way you like the texture of your apples.
  5. Baste several times as they are cooking.
  6. Enjoy 1 whole apple as the serving!
