Vegetarian, Sauces/ Cond./ Misc
- 2 TBSP Dijon or German mustard
- 1 TBSP approved vinegar of choice (Apple cider and champagne vinegar are both good options)
- a squeeze of lemon or lime juice
- water to desired consistency
Stir ingredients together. Add water as needed for desired consistency and flavor. Optional: Add spices that you like!
You might want to play around with this recipe. it’s very strong in flavor, so you’ll want to tweak it with water, to your taste.
Thought we could only have brown mustard?
most mustards do not have sugar, so check the brand you buy and make sure. BTM2 clients have found Dijon mustard without sugar, but for sure we know that you can’t have honey mustard.
