This makes one serving.
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- stevia to taste
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 6-10 drops of stevia to taste
- 4 teaspoons Himalayan pink salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Mix for about 30 seconds. Pour into a jar or dressing dispenser and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. Will keep for up to 2 weeks. For the larger portion, you can place ingredients in a blender.
