Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
  • 3.5 oz of spinach
  • onion flakes (to your liking - t.y.l.)
  • garlic powder ( t.y.l.)
  • adobo (t.y.l.)
Preparation
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put spinach in a small chopper. Mix chopped spinach and onion flakes
  3. Beat eggs thoroughly
  4. Combine eggs and spinach mixture, thoroughly.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and a little adobo.
  6. Spray muffin pan with Smart Balance or Pam, distribute the mixture evenly into muffin cups. It might be 4-5 egg muffins.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes

      Hi Yolanda,
      the recipe is using 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites, which is ONE protein serving, so however many egg muffins you get out of that is what you can have. hope that makes sense!
