Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
  • 3.5 ounces of spinach
  • Onion flakes (to your liking - t.y.l.)
  • Garlic powder ( t.y.l.)
  • Adobo (t.y.l.)
Preparation
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put spinach in a small chopper. Mix chopped spinach and onion flakes.
  3. Beat eggs thoroughly.
  4. Combine eggs and spinach mixture, thoroughly.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and a little Adobo.
  6. Spray muffin pan with Smart Balance or Pam, distribute the mixture evenly into muffin cups. It might be 4-5 egg muffins.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Optional Ideas
You can try to season these egg bites any way you want to. You could try any Breakthrough M2 seasoning!

      Hi Yolanda,
      the recipe is using 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites, which is ONE protein serving, so however many egg muffins you get out of that is what you can have. hope that makes sense!
