Ingredients
Homemade Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ packet Stevia powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon 
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum
Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup organic half-n-half
  • 2- 4 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning mix
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • A couple of dashes of hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Makes 16 servings of dressing, 1 tablespoon each serving - counts as your dairy for the day
Preparation
Homemade Ranch Seasoning
  1. Mix all spices together and use as desired
Ranch Dressing
  1. Put all ingredients into a high-powered food processor and blend.  Let stand for 2-3 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Add extra salt, lemon juice, or H.R.S.  as desired
  3. Add 1/8 teaspoon extra xanthan gum if the dressing is too thin
