Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- 3.5 ounces kumato tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- Oregano
- Himalayan pink salt or sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Sauté the minced onion in a dry pan until wilted and browned.
- Add your tomato slices on top of the onion and brown in both sides.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the whipped eggs and cook until firm.
- Serve with salsa and hot sauce. Enjoy!
