Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3.5 ounces kumato tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • Oregano
  • Himalayan pink salt or sea salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Sauté the minced onion in a dry pan until wilted and browned.
  2. Add your tomato slices on top of the onion and brown in both sides.
  3. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the whipped eggs and cook until firm.
  5. Serve with salsa and hot sauce. Enjoy!
