Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Chicken cut into chunks
- 3.5 oz Chopped Onions
- 1-2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
Marinade
- 1 part Bragg liquid aminos
- 1 part rice vinegar
Seasoning
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1-2 tsp fresh minced ginger root
Sauce
- ½ C broth
- 1-2 tsp liquid aminos
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Preparation
- Marinade chicken in the fridge for 30-60 min
- Preheat non-stick pan on Med-Hi heat
- Cook chicken 5-7 min (brown all sides)
- Add red pepper flakes & cook 1-3 min
- Remove chicken and set aside
- Add onion and cook until tender
- Deglaze pan as needed with broth
- Stir seasoning mix in with onions & cook 1-3 min
- Add sauce to pan & cook 1-3 min
- Add chicken back to pan & cook 1-3 min
- Top with red pepper flakes (optional)
- Eat as is or pour over greens!

*Tip: Like seafood? Try substituting the chicken with shrimp!
