Ingredients
  • 3.5 oz thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup broth
  • Pelindaba lavender pepper
  • Xanthan gum
Preparation
  1. Generously sprinkle both side of thin chicken cutlets with the Pelindaba lavender pepper.
  2. Next, pour 1/2 cup broth in the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove chicken, and add a little more broth to deglaze the pan.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of Xanthan gum and stir until thickness desired.
  6. Pour over chicken and accompany with 3.5 oz of desired veggie.
  7. Enjoy!
