- 3.5 oz thinly sliced chicken breast
- 3/4 cup broth
- Pelindaba lavender pepper
- Xanthan gum
- Generously sprinkle both side of thin chicken cutlets with the Pelindaba lavender pepper.
- Next, pour 1/2 cup broth in the skillet.
- Cook the chicken 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken, and add a little more broth to deglaze the pan.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Xanthan gum and stir until thickness desired.
- Pour over chicken and accompany with 3.5 oz of desired veggie.
