Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Nordic Lemon Flavored Fish Oil (not the citrus flavor)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • Add pink salt and pepper for taste
  • Use any spices or fresh herbs that you like (Italian blends are a favorite)
*Use 1 tablespoon of dressing per serving
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a salad cruet.
  2. Must keep refrigerated and use cold.
Do not allow this dressing to get room temperature and DO NOT cook with the fish oil.    
Optional Ideas
  • If you wanted to make more, ALL liquid ingredients above must be in a 1:1:1 ratio.
  • Ex. 1/2 cup: 1/2 cup: 1/2 cup of each liquid ingredient.
