Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Nordic Lemon Flavored fish oil (not the citrus flavor)
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vinegar
  • add pink salt and pepper for taste
  • use any spices or fresh herbs that you like.  Italian blends are a favorite.
   
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a salad cruet. ** Must keep refrigerated and used cold.** Do not allow this dressing to get room temperature and DO NOT cook with the fish oil. If you wanted to make more, All ingredients above must in 1:1:1 ratio Ex: 1/2 cup: 1/2 cup: 1/2 cup of each ingredient.
  • Use 1 tablespoon of dressing per serving
