- Romaine lettuce
- 1 of serving of cooked lentils
- 1 serving of Grapefruit (or Orange)
- Freshly grated ginger to taste
A bit of juice from your fruit, white vinegar, water, dill weed, ground ginger, Aquafaba (water the lentils are soaked in) to thicken (optional).
