Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces of vegetables
- cucumbers (unlimited)
- kale (no more than one cup per day)
- romaine (no more than 2 cups per day)
- Simple Girl salad dressing or any approved dressing
Preparation
- Pour 1-2 ounces of dressing into the jar.
- Top with the crunchiest veggie next and then the rest of your measured-out veggies.
- When you're ready to eat, shake the jar first and eat out of the jar or plate your salad.
