Chicken/Beef and Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground chicken or beef
- Seasoning of choice
- 2 quarts of chicken or beef broth
- Xanthan gum powder
Preparation
- Season meat and brown in skillet.
- Remove meat and drain on paper towels.
- Remove the grease from skillet.
- Heat broth to boiling and reduce by half.
- Add about 1 + 1/2 teaspoons of xanthan gum and whisk until dissolved.
- Divide meat into 9 servings and top each serving with gravy.
