1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbls dried minced onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup brown, yellow or spicy mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls horse radish
Other seasonings- to taste: Mustard powder Ground ginger powder Salt Pepper - I used white pepper for this.
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook on low/med until ingredients are well combined. Add water or more chicken broth to thin it out.
This marinade/dressing has been a lifesaver, when we need something with more bold of a flavor. There can never be too much of anything, because you season it to your liking! This is the base that I start with and use it for marinades, cooking my veggies in it! Using it on salads for dressing, has been a great alternative to salsa! Pairs amazing with beef, in any form, chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach
