Nan’s BBQ Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 bag coleslaw or 8 oz of thinly sliced red & green cabbage
- 1/4 cup loosely chopped packed parsley
- 1/8 cup of approved BBQ sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon pink salt & pepper
- Sliced scallions (optional)
Preparation
- Slice necessary ingredients.
- Measure out liquids and spices.
- Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag or medium bowl for easy, no-cleanup mixing.
- Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
