Ingredients
  • 7 ounces of strawberries
  • Half a grapefruit
  • Cucumber (as much as you like)
  • Fresh mint
  • Juice of half a lime
  Makes 2 servings
Preparation
  1. Cut up strawberries.
  2. Cut up grapefruit.
  3. Place in a bowl.
  4. Add lime juice.
  5. Add mint sprigs.
  6. Add desired amount of cucumber.
  7. Toss together.
  8. Divide into two portions.
Optional Ideas
If on Step 4 you can add avocado. Lo cal has to wait for transition to add avocado.
