Ingredients
Makes two servings  7 oz strawberries Half a grapefruit Cucumber as much as you like Fresh mint Half lime  
  • If you are in step 4 you can add avocado.
Preparation
  1. Cut up strawberries.
  2. Cut up grapefruit.
  3. Place in a bowl
  4. Juice lime
  5. Add mint sprigs
  6. Add desires amount cucumber.
  7. If desired, add Breakthrough spice
  8. Toss together
  9. Divide into two portions.
Optional Ideas
Step 4 can add avocado. Lo cal has to wait for transition to add avocado
