Nan’s Refreshing Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 7 ounces of strawberries
- Half a grapefruit
- Cucumber (as much as you like)
- Fresh mint
- Juice of half a lime
- A few drops of the Liquid Stevia of your choice for some added flavor
Preparation
- Cut up strawberries.
- Cut up grapefruit.
- Place in a bowl.
- Add lime juice.
- Add mint sprigs.
- Add desired amount of cucumber.
- Toss together and add the stevia drops if wanted.
- Divide into two portions.
