Ingredients
  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Liquid Stevia to taste (Vanilla, English toffee) - optional
Yields 1 fruit serving!
Preparation
Directions:
  1. Peel a large navel orange.
  2. Cut the orange into forth's and freeze for 90 minutes.
  3. Place the contents of the orange and all other ingredients into a blender or a bullet.
  4. Blend thoroughly, pour the mixture into a bowl. And enjoy!
Optional Ideas
*Remember, you can mix fruits. So for example: you can do 3.5 ounces of frozen strawberries and half of a frozen orange. Repeat the recipe and enjoy!
