Ingredients
  • 3.5 oz serving Brussel sprouts
  • 1 serving lentils
  • Simple Girl Dry bouillon Veggie stock
  • Whole Romaine Lettuce leaves (if desired)Use Simple Girl Dry Bouillon Base for extra flavor while sautéing. (sold at the Breakthrough store.)
Preparation
  1. Sauté Brussel sprouts and lentils until desired consistency using the vegetable stock.
  2. Scoop over whole Romaine leaves and enjoy!
Optional Ideas
Chef Notes: This was so good as is, I didn’t have to add any seasoning.
